Welcome to Resolute Dermatology in Shawnee, Kansas! We have designed the entire office with your comfort in mind because we believe that visiting your dermatologist should be a pleasant experience. Our professional staff will work hard to make sure you have an enjoyable visit.
Arrival
From the time you check-in at the front desk, you will notice our patient-centric difference. Our skilled team members will guide you through the process and answer any questions you might have. A seamless scheduling and electronic medical record system ensure that the process will proceed smoothly. We are happy to offer a wholly integrated medical record, practice management, payment, and billing system platform. Multiple payment types are accepted, including contactless payments that can be done from your personal phone or computer.
Exam
After check-in, you will be promptly greeted by a member of our nursing team and guided to one of our state-of-the-art procedure rooms. Each surgical suite is equipped with human form power chairs to maximize patient comfort by providing proper body contouring and spinal alignment. If you are undergoing surgery, LED surgical lights will be used to minimize the heat and glare associated with older halogen lights. Smoke evacuators are strategically placed in each room for both patient and provider safety.
If you are having an extended Mohs surgery visit, you will then be escorted to our secondary waiting room between procedures. This allows for improved social distancing and a comfortable place to relax while awaiting your results. After your visit is completed, you will be able to check out at the front desk and have any remaining questions answered.
